Our Biltong is made using silverside of beef that is marinated, cut into strips and then air dried for 6-7 days in our purpose-built Biltong Drying Room in Chesham. The product is made from our family reciepe that is handed down from generations. It is then hand picked sliced and packed.We only use the best UK and Irish silver-side beef to produce our products.
