What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery to UK addresses is free on every order. Express delivery is £5.95, and free on orders over £50.
How long does it take?
- Standard (free): usually 2 to 4 working days from your order.
- Express (£5.95): usually 1 to 3 working days from your order. Free on orders over £50.
At busy times, such as Christmas, or if Royal Mail is delayed, delivery can take up to 5 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Who delivers?
We send all UK orders with Royal Mail. We deliver to UK addresses only.
When do we send your order?
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are packed and handed to Royal Mail the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Thursday are handed to Royal Mail the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or at the weekend, are handed to Royal Mail on Monday (bank holidays excepted).
- Orders placed on a bank holiday are handed to Royal Mail the next working day.
Tracking and updates
We email you when your order has been dispatched. If it has not arrived within 5 working days, contact us and we will track it for you.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order is lost in the post we will replace it. If Royal Mail shows it as delivered but you did not receive it, we will investigate with you. We cannot replace orders delivered to an incorrect address given at checkout.
Refused deliveries
If you refuse a delivery or do not collect your parcel, we will refund you once it is back with us and checked, less a £5 shipping and handling fee.
