OUR BILTONG
Our British & Irish grass fed silverside beef is naturally reared and traceable back to the farm.
It is marinated in our unique blend of herbs and spices, which delivers a richly flavoured biltong.
We cure our biltong in purpose built driers that allow us to be hands on in the process and deliver a truly artisanal biltong product. Once it is cured to perfection, we slice and packaged to order to ensure the freshest flavour.
Our biltong is Allergen, Gluten & MSG free, has a high protein, low salt, no nitrates and is an exceptional quality, soft bite protein snack.
